Equipledge collects the minimum data needed to run pledge drives, validate card ownership, issue personalized donate links, and publish verifiable aggregate results.

Data we collect

Email, state, pledge amount, selected pool, selected charity, payment processor references, attestations, and audit records. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Equipledge.

Encryption and retention

Pledge-side and political-intent-adjacent fields are encrypted at the application layer. After the retention window, pledge-level side and intent linkage is purged while ledger, billing, audit, and aggregate transparency records remain.

No analytics sale or tracking

We do not use third-party analytics or trackers on the pledge flow. We do not sell personal data.
